Lawn Care Frequently Asked Questions

  • We provide full-service residential and commercial lawn care, including weekly lawn mowing and edging, lawn fertilization, weed control, aeration and overseeding, and seasonal yard clean-up. Our services are designed to work together to support healthy, well-maintained lawns throughout the growing season.

  • Yes. We offer weekly lawn mowing and edging services during the growing season, typically from April through October. Weekly service helps maintain consistent grass height, prevents stress on the lawn, and delivers a cleaner, more polished appearance.

  • Our standard lawn mowing and edging services include mowing with sharp blades, precision edging along sidewalks and driveways, beveled edging near homes and fencing, trimming around obstacles, and full clean-up of grass clippings and debris after every visit.

  • We use multiple edging methods based on surface and location. Steel blade edging creates crisp lines along hardscaping, while beveled edging near homes and uncurbed areas protects siding and fencing. Each method is chosen based on best practice, not convenience.

  • We use a locally produced, seasonally optimized fertilization program designed for Utah soil and growing conditions. Our approach includes weed prevention, soil amendments, and enhanced humate applications (a type of fertilizer) to improve soil structure and nutrient absorption throughout the season.

  • Yes. Weed control is available as part of our lawn treatment services. We use pre-emergent applications to help prevent weeds and targeted spot treatments when weeds appear, reducing the need for unnecessary chemicals across healthy lawn areas.

  • Most lawns benefit from fertilization in spring, summer, and fall. Spring applications support recovery from winter dormancy, summer fertilization helps manage heat stress, and fall fertilization strengthens roots for healthier growth the following spring.

  • Seasonal clean-up services are typically offered in spring and fall and may include debris and leaf removal, garden bed clean-up, light trimming, and preparation for the upcoming season. These services help reset your yard and support long-term lawn health.

  • Yes. We provide weekly commercial groundskeeping and landscape maintenance for businesses, HOAs, office parks, and other commercial properties throughout the Salt Lake Valley. Services are scheduled consistently to maintain clean, professional-looking grounds.
